This is the type of red jalapeno that I use a lot for cooking Indonesian foods.
In Indonesia, we use different type of large red chili (cabe besar / cabe merah / lombok besar...so many names!), they are longer and slender.In US, this is the closest to large red chili that I can find and use without compromising the authenticity of Indonesian food's taste.
